What are my qualifications?

I’ve worked with professional athletes for over 10 years as a Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Life Coach with an extensive background in elite performance. I am not a doctor or a Registered Dietician, nor do I diagnose or treat disease. I am a wellness expert who specializes in food for optimal performance and health. I was the Nutritionist for the Jacksonville Jaguars for 3 seasons and the Nutritionist & Personal Chef to various professional athletes around the country.

Will information on supplements be covered?

While I firmly believe that food is first when it comes to elite nutrition, supplements do play a big roll in modern day athletics. I typically cover protein supplements and a few other important tricks for reaching goal body weight and feeling great. I will also address common hydration mistakes that young athletes make as well as any specific topics your teams faces.

Does nutrition really matter THAT much?

YES! Of course I am a little bias since food saved me from 10 years of illness at one point in my life, however, food is POWER! There are many cogs in the machine to success as an athlete, nutrition being one of them, and in my opinion, the most missed one amongst athletes. I truly mean it, and promise to you, that nutrition can really be THE DIFFERENCE MAKER in your performance and get you to the next level you desire.

Is this going to be strict and hard to do?

The required commitment is always based on your goal. If you are an elite athlete wanting big things for yourself then I would take this seriously and get on board fast. Just like anything in life, the more you commit to the program, the bigger your result will be, however, I understand that there is a life to live outside of food☺. This is where I can really help teach you strategies to create a food plan that’s in line with your lifestyle AND your goals.

How do you work with large groups?

I am passionate about making an impact on youth sports. My custom programs reach the athletes on various levels with weekly bulletin boards, educational materials, games and nutrition tracking systems as well as Olympic Level motivation.
