Although my list of athletic accomplishments are numerous, my greatest achievement to this day is the vibrant health I now experience. Life as I knew it came to a screeching halt during a decade of ‘mystery illnesses’ following Olympic Gold and a world record in the 1992 Olympic Games. There were days I’d sleep for 13 hours and wake up exhausted. The elite, Olympic Level body I once experienced was gone and fatigue, despair and chronic illness had taken its’ place.

Through unrelenting determination (the same way I pursued swimming), I rediscovered health. My profound experiences with illness, healing and professional athletics have given me a unique perspective to share with clients. My passionate understanding of the healing power of food and wellness motivates people striving to feel and perform their best. My work with various elite professional athletes including UFC fighters, the Jacksonville Jaguars and world-class swimmers & boxers around the world invigorates me.

I am a mother of two active sports kids (11 and 13 years old) and wife to the Denver Broncos Head Strength Coach. I am a hard-working entrepreneur who understands the struggles of a busy modern-day life and the challenges of being healthy in it.

After completing my undergraduate degree in Communications and Spanish from Arizona State University I pursued holistic nutrition education at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. I consider myself a lifelong seeker and my journey to be a champion perseveres long after sport. I love helping people achieve optimal health and increased performance.

For the last decade I have travelled the world teaching & cooking for elite athletes and other high performers.  I have mastered eating for optimal performance both on the field, and in life.  I was only fifteen years old when I made the 1992 Olympic team and I am passionate about utilizing my experiences to help people reach their goals.
